Due to strict regulations regarding external deliveries, we are unable to deliver to police stations, airports and government bases (i.e. military and navy bases).
Yes we do! Please provide clear delivery instructions (i.e. unit number) on the 'Check Out' page and ensure that someone is available to accept delivery.
If the building has restricted access and the driver is unable to deliver, the order may be returned back to us and a re-delivery fee plus 50% of the original product cost will be charged.

Yes. We cannot guarantee that a product will not come into contact with nuts.
For Sydney metropolitan area, delivery starts at $14.99 & is dependent upon suburb + postcode.
Express delivery (1 to 4 business days) starts at $17.99 for Sydney surrounding suburbs, regional NSW & the rest of Australia.
Additional items ordered (based on weight) attract an incremental charge for each delivery service.

We kindly request that either the recipient or someone acting on behalf of the recipient is available to receive the delivery at the nominated address on the selected day.
If no one is available to accept the delivery, the driver may leave the goods in a safe location at the nominated address at their discretion (unless specifically outlined in the delivery instructions at the 'Check Out' page).
If the driver is unable to deliver, the order may be returned back to us and a re-delivery fee plus 50% of the original product cost will be charged.
Please note that we remain exempt from any liability or responsibility for loss or damage arising as a result of parcels being left safely and securely at unattended premises and/or due to an incident arising from 'returned, melted, infested or undelivered' products.

We accept no responsibility if you have provided an incorrect delivery address and the order has already been dispatched or delivered.
If the driver is unable to deliver to the specified address, the order may be returned back to us and a re-delivery fee plus 50% of the original product cost will be charged.
Order cut-off time is 12 PM AEST prior to the day of delivery for Sydney.
Any orders placed after this cut-off time will be delivered the next available business day.
Please advise us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date by contacting us at hello@aznbox.com.au.
If a cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, the cancellation will be invalid.
We are unable to cancel or refund any orders that have already been prepared, dispatched or are in transit.
Cancellations incur a $50.00 administrative fee regardless of the product value. Money will be refunded less this fee.
Due to laws regarding perishable goods and custom products (i.e. special orders or personalised items), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on our products.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, Zip and Afterpay.
Our delivery partners typically deliver orders between 8 AM and 6 PM.
For best quality and taste, we strongly recommend consumption on the day of delivery.
For consumption at a later date, baked goods need to be stored in the fridge.
Most packaged items can be stored at room temperature.
